Description
Added a favicon icon of the logo (subject to change) to the webview panel.
Added a viewsWelcome, when clicked on 'View Tree', the webview will appear.
Previous behavior
Before we had an empty metrics tab in the sidebar and no existing icon on the webview panel.
Expected behavior
Now when the extension is activated, the metrics will show a 'View Tree' button that, upon clicking, will open a webview displaying the component tree.
